ECHA: Perfluoroheptanoic acid and its salts added to the registry of SVHC intentions until outcome

The Dutch authorities have expressed their intention to include perfluoroheptanoic acid and its salts (namely Ammonium perfluoroheptanoate, Perfluoroheptanoic acid and Sodium perfluoroheptanoate) into European Chemicals Agency's substance of very high concern (SVHC) list. The substance is suspected to be toxic for reproduction (Article 57c) and endocrine disruptor (Article 57(f – environment and Article 57(f) – human health). Expected date of dossier submission is August 04, 2022.
