European Chemicals Agency’s (ECHA) Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) has adopted an opinion proposing to restrict the marketing and use of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocabons (PAHS) containing substances in clay targets for shooting. The proposal restricts PAHs concentration limit to 0.005 % weight by weight in clay targets. PAHs are considered to be carcinogen and pollute environment.
