EU authorization for the biocidal product family ‘CMIT/MIT SOLVENT BASED'

The Nutrition & Biosciences Netherlands B.V. has been granted a Union authorization with authorization number EU-0023657-0000 for the marketing and use of the biocidal product family "CMIT/MIT SOLVENT BASED" in line with the summary of the biocidal product features listed in the Annex. However, unless it is for the purpose of research, development, or analysis, the Union authorization shall not apply in the territory of the Kingdoms of Denmark and Belgium, nor shall it apply in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany for the preservation of fuels for non-rail bound on-road motor vehicles. The Union's authorization is in effect from March 15, 2023, until February 28, 2033.
