EU: ECHA seeks public comments on CLH classification of Sulcotrione

Dossier for harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) was submitted to European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) from Germany for 2-[2-chloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)benzoyl]cyclohexane-1,3-dione or Sulcotrione (used as active substance in herbicides). The substance is suspected to cause skin sensitisation, reproductive toxicity and also toxic to aqatic life. The SCCS are expected to come up with their opinion on the dossier soon.
