The Indian GST portal has introduced new forms for pan masala and tobacco manufacturers to register their machinery and report monthly input and output to reduce tax evasion. The new regulations apply to manufacturers of Pan masala, unprocessed tobacco, 'Hookah' or 'gudaku' tobacco, tobacco mixtures, chewing tobacco, and snuff. Manufacturers must provide detailed information on filling and packaging machines within 30 days of the new regulations' implementation.
