On August 22, 2022, an intention for harmonised classification and labelling of Penconazole (1-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)pentyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole) was intimated by Norway to ECHA. The chemical is suspected to be reprotoxic and hazardous for aquatic life. Expected date of CLH dossier submission is October 21, 2022.
