On October 6, 2022, South Korea’s latest revision to the "Regulations on the classification and labeling of chemical substances" was published. Enterprises handling designated hazardous chemicals substances and mixtures shall submit the "Written Confirmation of Verification on Chemical Products" and update the labels to reflect their toxicity before July 01, 2023.
