South Korea: Public comments sought on draft amendment to Designation of, and Safety and Labeling Standards for, Consumer Chemical Products

From July 20, 2022, South Korea’s Ministry of Environment is seeking public comments on draft amendment to the Designation of, and Safety and Labeling Standards for, Consumer Chemical Products Subject to Safety Verification whereby four new products viz. finish agents, curing agents, curing accelerators, and cleaning and polishing agents for sporting goods, will be added to the list of consumer chemical products subject to safety verification, and safety and labeling standards will be established for existing consumer chemical products subject to safety verification. The public comments are sought till August 9, 2022.
