On October 4, 2022, Taiwan’s Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) published a draft amendment to the Categories and Management of Handling for Toxic Chemical Substances aiming to tighten the use of organotin compounds by reclassifying the toxicity of some organotin compounds to strengthen the control on their use. Public comments on the draft are sought till November 03, 2022.
