AICIS, has been issued two infringement notices totaling $37,560 Australian fragrance, toiletries, and cleaning products importer, with 120 penalty points, due to alleged contraventions of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019 and failure to submit an annual declaration. All importers and manufacturers of industrial chemicals must be registered with AICIS and submit an annual declaration every year.
