The requirements for obtaining a routine registration certificate in accordance with the Measures for the Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances (formerly Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection) are described.
The annual report reporting function will be available from January 1, 2023 to April 30, 2023, and the content of the report must be approved in order to register the actual production, import, discharge, and implementation of environmental risk control measures and environmental management requirements.
The yearly report form is filled out and submitted online through the online registration system for new chemical substances, and the login route is the Government Service Hall's website.
China's Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Center (SCC) issued a notice in late 2022, notifying stakeholders to submit the 2022 annual report before April 30.
