"Czech Republic Notifies Tobacco Product Ingredients List Under Act No. 110/1997 Coll

In accordance with the provisions of Section 5(5) of Act No. 110/1997 Coll, on Foodstuffs and Tobacco Products and Their Ingredients, the Czech Republic has issued a notification on the list of tobacco products and their ingredients. This notification was made on March 4, 2024. Through the electronic EU-CEG Common Entry Gateway, the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority makes any information regarding tobacco products that it has received from tobacco product manufacturers and importers available to the public. Information on the list of ingredients and the level of emissions is also included in the requirement to provide information.
