ECHA: More than 25% recovered waste material non-compliant with REACH regulation

More than 25% of recovered waste material do not comply with the EU chemicals regulation REACH. The European Chemicals Agency's (ECHA), quoting its observations from a pilot program under the Enforcement Forum, said that 26% of checked substances were in violation of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals).
