EPA received letter from Crenshaw regarding to TSCA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received a letter from a group of Republican Representatives on December 6, 2023, challenging the EPA's risk assessment of current chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). They express their concern in the letter that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)'s statutory obligations are being both subverted and replaced by the EPA's use of TSCA.
