Slatington City Council in Pennsylvania is proposing a zoning ordinance to restrict tobacco and e-cigarette stores. The ordinance, proposed by the Brownie Squadron, aims to prevent unhealthy habits and promote family-friendly stores. The proposed regulation will require shops to be located in industrial areas, 1500 feet away from public spaces, and between other shops.
