DPCP Second Amendment Order on Toluene

The Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021, has been amended by the Toluene (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2023, which will take effect on December 22, 2024. The amendment was published in the Gazette of India on December 24, 2021, and later recently amended on June 20, 2023. The Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, amended the public interest, exercising the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016.
