Vietnam's Ministry of Finance has received feedback on the 26/2023/ND-CP decree regarding export taxes, particularly on e-cigarette imports. The Ministry of Health requests preferential import treatment for e-cigarettes, while British American Tobacco proposes maintaining the current 0% tax rate. The government agrees to a 50% most favored nation tax rate.
