Draft- Order from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Submission Information on Cosmetic Products”

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 1247 “On Approval of the Procedure for Notifying (Submitting Information) on Cosmetic Products” of 18 December 2023.The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 08 February 2024 and published on 29 February 2024.The Order will enter into force on 03 August 2024. The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for notified information about cosmetic products, N AK AZ UYU. The procedure requires the Pharmaceutical Administration to submit the order for state registration and publish it on the Ministry of Health's official website. The implementation of this order will be under the control of Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Mariyu Karchevych. The order will come into effect on August 3, 2024. The Cabinet resolution was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
