Walsall Council in the UK has been urged to adopt a revised tobacco control plan for 2023-2027 to reduce smoking rates and provide support. The plan aims to decrease the number of smokers or e-cigarette users in the area, as the smoking rate among adults in Walsall is 13.8%, higher than the national average of 12.7% in England, according to a report by the Express & Star.
