The draft act is open for feedback for four weeks, with the Commission planning to adopt the initiative in the first quarter of 2024. The review period is from November 23 to December 21, 2023. Feedback received will be published on the Commission's website. The Commission is also seeking feedback on the proposed draft delegated regulation.
