For drugs that do not qualify for less stringent reporting standards, ECHA has removed their names from the list.

May 10, 2023

The list was compiled in 2016 to assist registrants in interpreting the REACH Annex III criteria as they prepared their registrations for the 2018 registration deadline. ECHA has chosen to delete the list from its website because the deadline has passed and new information or forecasting methodologies may have arisen after then.

If the compounds do not meet the Annex III standards, companies can continue to register them with a restricted set of information containing simply the physicochemical attributes. The factors must be recorded in the IUCLID registration dossier, as previously. If the material meets any of the Annex III requirements, it must be registered with all physicochemical, toxicological, and ecotoxicological data.
