Nickel (Quality Control) Order, 2023

The Central Government of India has issued an order, known as the Nickel (Quality Control) Order, 2023, which applies to goods or article specified in the Schedule annexed to the Order, but does not apply to goods or article meant for export. Goods or article specified in the Schedule must conform to the corresponding Indian Standard and bear the Standard Mark under a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards. The Bureau of Indian Standards is the certifying and enforcing authority for the goods or article specified in the Schedule.
