Notification: Requirements for Submitting 2023 Annual Activity Report of New Chemical Substances

According to Notice on the submission of the 2023 annual activity report of new chemical substances, new chemical substances must comply with the Measures for the Environmental Management and Registration of New Chemical Substances (Order No. 12) and the Announcement on Matters Relating to the Environmental Management and Registration of New Chemical Substances (Announcement No. 46 of 2020). The report must include obtaining a routine registration certificate, stating the registered substances belong to key environmental management hazards, and a deadline of April 30, 2024. The report must include the actual production or import of new chemical substances, their discharge to the environment, and the implementation of environmental risk control measures and management requirements. The submission process involves filling out the electronic form, generating a PDF file, printing it, signing and sealing, scanning it, and uploading it.
