Revision of GB Biocidal Products Regulation Annexes II and III

The Great Britain Biocidal Products Regulation (GB BPR) (Regulation EU No 528/2012) is the subject to revision. Biocidal products can be used and supplied in accordance with GB BPR. Insecticides, rodenticides, wood preservatives, ship anti-fouling coatings, disinfectants, and hand sanitizers are examples of biocidal products, which are items that control hazardous organisms. Biocides are necessary for civilization to maintain infrastructure and human health, but if used improperly, they can pose a threat to the environment, animal and human health, and human and animal health. Hence, GB BPR strives to provide a high degree of protection for the environment, human health, and animal health.
