Russian authorities have implemented new regulations imposing penalties on those involved in the unauthorized production and sale of tobacco products without a license.
Russia's Customs and Tariffs Regulations Committee supports raising the import tax on e-cigarettes from 0% to 5%, according to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The proposal will be submitted to the Eurasian Economic Commission.
